Your rates never go up once you move in. 

Entire paperwork process can be completed online.

Items we will need for rental in addition to the contract (which will be emailed once we have a move in date and the information) are as follows:

Email address

Driver’s licenses for any person you want to have access to the facility. 

Vehicle make, model, and year as well as license plate numbers

Renters or homeowners or RV insurance document for coverage of your items. 

We prorate your first month and then auto bill on the first of each subsequent month (for the entire month) with the bank account you placed on file. We do NOT raise our rental rates. Once you are in…you are free to stay one month or 101 months…your rate stays the same. We’d rather keep a long term customer over losing one due to a couple of dollars in a rate hike. Our personal way to give back to our customers. Stay as long as you’d like!

To align with COVID concerns for our customers, the lease will come in via email. You can e-sign and submit the document online.
